 ir\, Healthcare Practice and Chair\, Cannabis Law Practice at Capehart Sca
 tchard.&nbsp\; Her experience in healthcare transactional matters includes
  shareholder and employment agreements\, purchases and sales of medical pr
 actices\, including ACO and IPO transactions\, and practice mergers. Ms. M
 ints acts as general counsel to many large practices and ambulatory care f
 acilities\, assisting with transactional\, tax\, human resources matters a
 nd negotiation with payors and vendors. Ms. Mints also handles governmenta
 l and commercial payor investigations and audits into health care billing 
 and coding practices.&nbsp\; As Chair of the firm&rsquo\;s Cannabis Law Gr
 oup\, Ms. Mints counsels businesses\, public entities\, and entrepreneurs 
 interested in entering the multifaceted cannabis market. Ms. Mints is the 
 general counsel of the Cannabis Advisory Group\, a nonprofit organization 
 of a diverse group of professionals with expertise in cannabis policy\, re
 gulatory compliance\, business\, social justice\, economics\, science and 
 medicine that are united in the desire to maximize the context for the leg
 al access to hemp and cannabis\, both in adult-use and medicinal market.&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;An experienced tax lawyer\, Ms. Mints represents her clients b
 efore the Internal Revenue Service\, the federal Tax Court and state taxat
