 \n<p>Congressman Jamie Raskin represents Maryland&rsquo\;s 8th Congression
 al District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to his time in Con
 gress\, Raskin was a three-term Senator in Maryland\, where he also served
  as the Senate Majority Whip. He was also a professor of constitutional la
 w at American University&rsquo\;s Washington College of Law for more than 
 25 years. He authored several books\, including the Washington Post best-s
 eller Overruling Democracy: The Supreme Court versus the American People a
 nd the highly acclaimed We the Students: Supreme Court Cases For and About
  America&rsquo\;s Students. Congressman Raskin is a graduate of Harvard Co
 llege and Harvard Law School.</p>\n<p>This program is free and open to all
  and is presented by COFFE (Council of Former Federal Executives &amp\; As
 sociates)--a membership organization of former federal and DC executives\,
  and all others interested in learning about public policy issues-in colla
 boration with Little Falls Village and in partnership with the Little Fall
 s Library of Montgomery County Public Libraries.</p>\n<p>The deadline to r
