  storytelling: narration\, dialogue\, character design\, dynamic page layo
 uts and cinematic techniques\, participants will create their own graphic 
 novel page. Refine rough pencil drawings into finished art with pen and in
 k and watercolor pencils.</p>\n<p>Registration and attendance to all 5 ses
 sions is required (April 22\, 29\, May 6\, 13 &amp\; 20\, 2021). Space is 
 limited to 20 participants ages 10-15. Supply kits will be provided. If an
 y participant is registered and cannot attend\, please contact Kensington 
 Park Library to cancel the registration so that other individuals on the w
 aiting list can participate.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Please register every 
 member of your household that needs a kit.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Only r
 egister if you are able to pick up a kit(s).&nbsp\; You must have a kit to
  participate.</strong></p>\n<p>Space is limited to 20 participants\, ages
