 all ages to make reading a priority. It is also author Beverly Cleary&rsqu
 o\;s birthday! D.E.A.R. programs have been held nationwide on April 12th i
 n honor of Cleary&rsquo\;s birthday\, since she first wrote about D.E.A.R.
  in&nbsp\;<em>Ramona Quimby\, Age 8</em>. Readers are encouraged to freely
  choose what they read\, and we hope you like funny stories as much as we 
 do!&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Registration is required for this private Zoom event. R
 egistration closes 24 hours before the event.</p>\n<p>Register to particip
 ate and you will receive an email with a link with instructions on how to 
 participate before the event. Only one registration per family/computer is
