W e will explore journaling through assigned journal prompts\, the written w ord\, and reflection. It will be a safe atmosphere and sharing is optional .

We will have occasional guest speakers \;to discuss th
e \;benefits and techniques \;of \;journaling.
The focus
will be on manual writing methods and materials used: \;paper\, pencil
s\, pens\, \;and \;drawing tools. \;You must register to parti
cipate in this program\, as space is limited. You can schedule a Holds-to
