To Intervene at a Distance is an online discussion with selected artists from the virtual exhibitio n Sites of Fracture: Diasporic \; Imaginings of Occupied Artsakh \;(launching April 19\ , 2021). Selected artists from \;Sites of Fracture \;will gather for a lightning round of five-minute presentations addressing the question: As \;diasporan \;cultural workers\, how do we intervene in crises at a distance? \nBe the Change Series takes place in conjunction with such commemorations as Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month\, Native American Herita ge Month\, Black History Month\, Armenian Genocide Remembrance\, Asian Ame rican and Pacific Islander Heritage Month\, and LGBTQ+ Pride. The series w ill also examine the one-year anniversary of the 2020 racial justice prote sts and 100-year anniversary of the Tulsa Race Massacre. The series will i nclude virtual lectures\, exhibits\, and online programming from authors\, curators\, and historians.
