His experience h as also included resolving underwriting issues\, preparing legal documents \, and mediating contract disputes. Charles also served as a real estate i nstructor and creator of continuing education real estate classes for Real tors in Virginia\, DC\, and Maryland. Charles earned his J.D. from the Ame rican University Washington College of Law and earned his B.A. degree from the University of California\, Berkeley. Charles is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
