 e to appreciate concepts that drive difference in society. He&nbsp\;has en
 abled research\, policy\, and community efforts that expand services to un
 derrepresented and vulnerable populations since 1997.&nbsp\; Mr. Ragsdale 
 is an associate faculty member at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public
