  prairies\, she&rsquo\;s lived since 2006 in Waterloo\, where she is a Pro
 fessor at Wilfrid Laurier University.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><

 re column for the Waterloo Region Record from 1997-2019\, and served as Ex
 ecutive Director of the Waterloo Regional Arts Council from 2001 - 2011. H
 is contributions were honoured by his peers in the arts community with the
  Arts Award Waterloo Region for Lifetime Achievement in 2019.</p>\n<p></p>
