  and learn about anti-violence work in Virginia and advocacy from an inter
 sectional\, multicultural lens. Leave with resources for LGBTQ+ survivors 
 and loved ones in Virginia.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>12 PM - Sun&rsquo\;s 
 Out\, Buns Out!&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p>Tina Kantiano\, Heard Program</p>\

 munity and learning as they share their stories as transgender people livi
 ng in Northern Virginia\, followed by time for dialogue and questions.</p>
 \n<p></p>\n<p><strong>4 PM - Towards Racial Equity and Shared Humanity: Re
 flecting on White Privilege in LGBTQ Communities</strong></p>\n<p>This wor
 kshop aims to stimulate white participants to reflect on their experiences
  of being both LGBTQ and white and consider the impact of those experience
 s on their motivation to support the cause of racial justice in America.</
 p>\n<p><br /><strong>6 PM - The Changing Legal Landscape for LGBTQ Virgini
 ans</strong></p>\n<p>Legal Services of Northern Virginia\, Alexandria Offi
 ce of Human Rights\, and Virginia Equality Bar Association</p>\n<p>It&rsqu
 o\;s been a big year for LGBTQ Virginians at the state and federal levels.
 &nbsp\; Come learn about city and state legislation that affects the commu
 nity.&nbsp\; Alexandria City Council members will kick off this session by
