 EAKERS</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Suzanne Roberts</strong> is the Principal of
  UnifyingSolutions and the co-founder of Safe Conversation About Race.&nbs
 p\; Suzanne Roberts has worked as a trainer\, speaker\, and facilitator fo
 r small and large corporations\, businesses\, and non-profits since 1979. 
 As a Certified Master Somatic Coach\, she coaches leaders to become inspir
 ing\, on purpose\, resilient\, and effective in their perspective domains.
  Suzanne is dedicated to cultural diversity\, social equity\, and social j
 ustice.&nbsp\; She/they educates how social systems of oppression got desi
 gned\, and incorporates an intersectional lens in their work\, in order to
  bring about sustainable change. The process illuminates how historical fo
 rces operate today to limit human dignity and contribution in some groups 
 of people\, while benefiting an elite group of people.&nbsp\; While she/th
 ey cares about all marginalized communities\, her primary focus is on inte
 rrupting and reducing racial harm due to systemic racism. &nbsp\;<br /><br
  /></li>\n<li><strong>James A. White</strong> is a Master Training Managem
 ent Consultant and executive coach with over 25 years of corporate\, educa
 tion\, and government training and development experience. He is the owner
  and operator of Performance Consulting Services\, a business performance 
 training\, development\, coaching and consulting firm in Columbus. Some of
  his most recent professional highlights include\; co-authoring a book on 
 the topic of diversity and inclusion entitled\; A Better World: Understand
 ing How Your Personal Operating System Affects Culture\, Diversity &amp\;
