 local author and anti-gun violence advocate.&nbsp\; Brandon&rsquo\;s nonpr
 ofit\, We LIVE\, Inc. is a youth lead nonprofit that speaks and rallies ag
 ainst both youth and gun violence. Brandon Warren is currently a Senior at
  Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Brandon is also the au
 thor of two novels: &lsquo\;B Inspired&rsquo\; and &lsquo\;B Inspired 2 Co
 ntinue.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Januarie York</strong>\, the First Center f
 or Black Literature &amp\; Culture Poet Laureate has been carving her own 
 lane in poetry\, writing and performance art. Januarie is a freelance writ
 er\, published author &amp\; poet who\, in addition to performing original
  poetry\, has produced several of her own spoken word theatrical shows tha
 t focus on uplifting and inspiring women. Currently she operates her own b
 log\, "The I Is Never Silent".&nbsp\; She is currently putting the final t
 ouches on her first full-length book\, "NOMAD"\, set for a June 2021 relea
 se.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Andrew Bowman</strong>\, local genealogist and 
 author\,&nbsp\;researched the service of his grandfather Andrew Jackson Sm
 ith\, a&nbsp\; freedom seeker who fought in the Civil War. Due to his effo
 rts Bowman was able to secure the the Medal of Honor for Andrew Jackson Sm
 ith.&nbsp\;Bowman released his book "Carrying the Colors: The Life and Leg
 acy of Medal of Honor Recipient Andrew Jackson Smith"&nbsp\; in 2020.&nbsp
