Pie Crust:

&bull\; 1 tablespoon white sugar
&bull\; 1 cup but ter
&bull\; 1/4 to 1/2 cup ice cold water

Blueberry Filling:< br />&bull\; 4 cups blueberries
&bull\; 1/2 cup granulated white suga r
&bull\; 2 tablespoons cornstarch
&bull\; 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
&bull\; Zest from 1 lemon
&bull\; 1/2 tabl espoon butter\, cut into small pieces
