 tion of outstanding short films from around the world.&nbsp\; Some past fi
 nalists have even won at the Oscars.&nbsp\; If you are a film fan\, this p
 rogram is for you.</p>\n<p>This program has been updated to require regist
 ration. Due to changing guidelines from the CDC regarding COVID-19\, we be
 lieve this is the best way to keep you informed about the status of our pr
