 e will explore journaling through assigned journal prompts\, the written w
 ord\, and reflection. It will be a safe atmosphere and sharing is optional
 .</p>\n<p>We will have occasional guest speakers&nbsp\;to discuss the&nbsp
 \;benefits and techniques&nbsp\;of&nbsp\;journaling.</p>\n<p>The focus wil
 l be on manual writing methods and materials used:&nbsp\;paper\, pencils\,
  pens\,&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;drawing tools.&nbsp\;You must register to particip
 ate in this program\, as space is limited.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><br />This is a 
 new group that will meet monthly in Zoom on the 4th Thursday of each month
