 they dealt with.</li>\n<li>Valerie Jerome\, a former Olympian\, educator a
 nd political activist about her experiences growing up in BC.</li>\n<li>Va
 nessa Richards\, artist and community activist about Black artistic and cu
 ltural expression in BC&nbsp\;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>There will be time for ques
 tions from the audience.</p>\n<p>When registering for this event\, please
