 plication and fee waiver- if applicable\, will meet in person\, with one o
 f our staff immigration advocates at the Lilburn Branch. AAAJ legal reps w
 ill review applications thoroughly and provide legal assistance.</p>\n<p><
 span style="color: #ff0000\;">*This is on an appointment basis\, walk-ins

 ements:</strong></p>\n<p>-Be at least 18 years old at the time of filing F
 orm N-400\, Application for Naturalization.<br />-Be a permanent resident 
 (have a &ldquo\;Green Card&rdquo\;) for at least 5 years or 3 years if you
  adjusted through marriage.<br />-Show that you have lived for at least 3 
 months in the state or USCIS district where you apply.<br />-Demonstrate c
 ontinuous residence in the United States for at least 5 years.<br />-Show 
 that you have been physically present in the United States for at least 30
  months out of the last 5 years.<br />-Be able to read\, write\, and speak
  basic English.<br />-Have a basic understanding of U.S. history and gover
