  about the benefits of mindfulness on the brain\, body\, and emotions and 
 have opportunities to try short mindfulness practices. Participants will c
 ome away with concrete tools to navigate stress\, cope with overwhelming e
 motions and increase focus.</p>\n<p>Bio:<br />Ali Burke is a therapist in 
 private practice in Cambridge\, Ontario\, with over 13 years experience in
  public mental health services.&nbsp\; She has facilitated many mindfulnes
 s-based groups and workshops\, as well as incorporating the principles of 
 mindfulness into individual\, couples and family therapy.&nbsp\; Ali is a
