 "164" />Ann Burke: After serving in the Royal Canadian Navy as a navigatio
 nal operator/radar technician\, Ann turned her interest to her greatest lo
 ve\, writing. Working largely in the social&nbsp\;services sector as a cou
 nsellor in a women and children&rsquo\;s shelter\, coordinating a homeless
  drop-in\, and directing a rural community&nbsp\;centre\, she free-lanced 
 for newspapers\,&nbsp\;including the&nbsp\;Toronto Star. Her most memorabl
 e years were spent working for the&nbsp\;Walden Observer&nbsp\;in Lively\,
  Ontario and covering events for the&nbsp\;Sudbury Star. She now lives in&
 nbsp\;Innisfil&nbsp\;with her husband.&nbsp\;Her website is&nbsp\;<a href=

 essica Hamilton was born in Australia but grew up in Canada. She has lived
  and worked in the Czech Republic\, Taiwan\, India and Japan. She studied 
 writing at the Humber School for Writers as well as George Brown College. 
 She lives in Ontario\, Canada with her husband\, son and daughter.&nbsp\;W

 " />Judy Penz&nbsp\;Sheluk&nbsp\;is a&nbsp\;former journalist and magazine
  editor. She&nbsp\;is the author of two mystery series: The Glass Dolphin 
 Mysteries and&nbsp\; the&nbsp\;Marketville&nbsp\;Mysteries. Her short crim
 e fiction appears in several collections\, including&nbsp\;The Best Laid P
 lans\,&nbsp\;Heartbreaks &amp\; Half-truths&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;Moonlight &amp
 \; Misadventure\, which she also edited.&nbsp\;Judy is a member of Sisters
  in Crime\, International Thriller Writers\, the South Simcoe Arts Council
 \, the Short Mystery Fiction Society\, and Crime Writers of Canada\, where

 r&nbsp\;and before that taught English literature. He always wanted to get
  back to writing as he had had early success with numerous humorous fictio
 n pieces published in several national publications.&nbsp\;<br />He lives 
 near Toronto with his wife. Their three children have now all flown the co
 op but haven&rsquo\;t forgotten where they can get a good meal.&nbsp\;<br
