  play around with all the elements of a cartoon: figure and background dra
 wing\, perspective\, lighting\, lettering\, composition\, and dialogue. Th
 is virtual workshop is designed for residents 50+.</p>\n<p>Registration an
 d attendance to all 5 sessions are required (October 6\, 13\, 20\, 27 &amp
 \; November 3\, 2021).&nbsp\;Space is limited to 20 participants age 50+.<
 /p>\n<p>Art supply kits to be used during the classes will be provided to 
 registered attendants. Kits need to be picked up from the Wheaton Library 
 before the first session and be returned to this library after the last se
 ssion.</p>\n<p>Please register every member of your household that needs a
  kit.</p>\n<p>Only register if you are able to pick up a kit(s).&nbsp\; Yo
 u must have a kit to participate.</p>\n<p>Once you are registered\, please
  visit Wheaton Library (240-777-0678) to pick up your kit. Supplies are li
 mited so we can only provide kits to registered attendants.&nbsp\;If any p
 articipant is registered and cannot attend\, please contact Wheaton Librar
 y to cancel the registration so that individuals on the waiting list can p
 articipate. Customers on the waiting list will be contacted if space/suppl
 ies become available.</p>\n<p>The Zoom link will be sent 24 hours before t
 he first session.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>These classes are in partnership with art
 ist Leila Cabib and funded in part by a Wheaton Cultural Project Grant fro
