 c and songs! Storytime is led by an OPL staff member.</p>\n<p>Oakville Pub
 lic Library is dedicated to the principles of Every Child Ready to Read\, 
 an initiative to help parents and caregivers develop early literacy skills
  in children from birth to age five.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Registration i
 s required and limited to five (5) households with a maximum of four (4) p
 eople per household. A single (1) caregiver from the household will regist
 er.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Health &amp\; Safety&nbsp\;</strong></
 p>\n<p>The safety of our patrons and staff is our top priority. To help re
 duce the spread of COVID-19\, in-person programs meet health guidelines de
 signed in consultation with the Town of Oakville and in alignment with pro
 vincial health guidelines. Guidelines include lower ratios and capacity\, 
 masking requirements\, encouraging physical distancing\, and mandatory hea
 lth screening.</p>\n<p><strong></strong>Parents and caregivers must remain
  on-site for the duration of the program. Children must not be left alone.
