 ic to come see their progress during First Friday Artwalk! Come visit thei

 ilable. The creators at The Hive are:</p>\n<p>Studio A - <a href="http://g
 wenzierdt.org/">Gwendolyn Zierdt Muzzy</a> is a fiber artist who works on 
 a draw loom\, incorporating QR codes and source code from the internet int
 o the&nbsp\;designs of her handwoven textiles.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Studio B - <
 a href="https://www.miguelgonzales.com/">Miguel Gonzales</a>&nbsp\;is&nbsp
 \;a Chicano artist interested in building a&nbsp\;Loter&iacute\;a&nbsp\;of
  BIPOC leaders in Spokane as&nbsp\;part of his goal of&nbsp\;the developme
 nt of&nbsp\;gente&nbsp\;in the region&nbsp\;who&nbsp\;have&nbsp\;experienc
 ed\, or are experiencing\,&nbsp\;language\, culture\, and indigenous herit
 age loss. Miguel shares his studio with The Hive's writer-in-residence <a 
 href="http://www.erinpringle.com/">Erin Pringle</a> who is working on her 
 next novel. She is the author of multiple short story collections and chap
 books as well as one other novel.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Studio C - <a href="https
 ://www.instagram.com/shantellrenej/">Shantell Jackson</a> and <a href="htt
 ps://www.stefanirossi.com/">Stefani Rossi</a>&nbsp\;are sharing a studio. 
 They find&nbsp\;that&nbsp\;they are inspired by&nbsp\;one another\,&nbsp\;
 and their art&nbsp\;benefits&nbsp\;from this interaction. Shantell works w
 ith&nbsp\;painted\,&nbsp\;textured surfaces&nbsp\;and is eager to scale he
 r work up with the&nbsp\;space&nbsp\;the&nbsp\;studio provides. Stefani wa
 nts to explore a greater scale in her clay&nbsp\;sculptures and her painti
 ngs&nbsp\;that feature&nbsp\;careful circles and lines.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\
 n<p>Studio D - <a href="http://shawn-brigman.squarespace.com/">Shawn Brigm
 an\, PhD</a>\, an enrolled member of the Spokane Tribe of Indians and desc
 endant of northern Plateau bands (sn?&aacute\;yckst&nbsp\;&ndash\;&nbsp\;s
 inixt\,&nbsp\;s?np??ilx&nbsp\;&ndash\;&nbsp\;san&nbsp\;poil\, and&nbsp\;tk
 &rsquo\;eml&uacute\;ps&nbsp\;te&nbsp\;secwepemc&nbsp\;&ndash\;&nbsp\;shusw
 ap)\, will&nbsp\;explore&nbsp\;skinning materials for application to sturg
 eon-nosed canoe interpretations from the Plateau culture region\, as well 
 as the recovery of&nbsp\;handheld&nbsp\;scale implements like basketry and
