 sters the love of books and reading and provides an engaging environment f
 or 6-8 year olds to communicate\, learn\, make and play. <em><strong>Regis
 tration is required. Please note that you only need to register ONCE for t
 he entire series.</strong></em></p>\n<p>Join us online for Reading Bugs Fr
 idays at 4 p.m. <em>(with the exception of Friday\, November 26)</em>. Gea
 red for ages 6-8\, we'll be reading <em>Balto of the Blue Dawn</em> by Mar
 y Pope Osborne.</p>\n<p>The magic tree house has returned and it&rsquo\;s 
 taking Jack and Annie back in time to Alaska\, 1925. There they meet Balto
 \, a jet-black Siberian husky destined to save victims of the diphtheria e
 pidemic. But the trail isn&rsquo\;t easy\, and Balto is going to need Jack
  and Annie&rsquo\;s help!</p>\n<p>Kits for this online program will be ava
 ilable for pickup beginning Monday\, November 8 and will include a free co
 py of the book\, as well as supplies for activities and crafts that will t
 ake place during the program. You may pick up your kit at the library\, or
  call ahead to arrange Library Takeout.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><em><strong>Please 
 note that this program is registration-based only and each child needs to 
 be registered separately.</strong></em> Once you have registered for the p
 rogram\, we will send you a link to join the book club via Zoom every Frid
 ay at 4 p.m. November 12 to December 10\, 2021 <em>(with the exception of 
 Friday\, November 26)</em>.</p>\n<p>Parents will be contacted via phone or
  email to provide permission for their child to participate via Zoom.</p>\
