  club that fosters the love of books and reading and provides a lively env
 ironment for 9 to 12 year-olds to virtually gather\, chat\, create\, and l
 earn together.</p>\n<p>Join us online for Not Your Boring Book Club every 
 Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. <em>(with the exception of Tuesday\, November 23)</em
 >. Geared for ages 9-12\, we&rsquo\;ll be reading <em>The Willoughbys</em>
  by Lois Lowry.</p>\n<p>The Willoughbys&mdash\;Timothy\; the twins\, Barna
 by A and Barnaby B\; and their sister\, Jane&mdash\;concoct a diabolical p
 lot to turn themselves into worthy and winsome orphans. Little do they kno
 w that Mr. and Mrs. Willoughby\, their odious mother and father\, have alr
 eady begun to formulate their own thoroughly despicable plan\; a witty and
  charming story for all ages!</p>\n<p>Kits for this online program will be
  available for pickup beginning October 26\, and will include a free copy 
 of the book\, as well as supplies for activities and crafts that will take
  place during the program. You may pick up your kit at the library\, or ca
 ll ahead to arrange Library Takeout.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><em><strong>Please not
 e that this program is registration-based only and each child needs to be 
 registered separately.</strong></em> Once you have registered for the prog
 ram\, we will send you a link to join the book club via Zoom every Tuesday
  at 4:30 p.m. through December 7\, 2021 (with the exception of Tuesday\, N
