 o the cultural\, historical\, and social makeup of African-American cultur
 al identity\, while also shedding light on the long-neglected world of Afr
 ican-American authors and illustrators in the pantheon of&nbsp\;children&r
 squo\;s&nbsp\;literature.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Telling A People&rsquo\;s Story&n
