 al artist Abby Feinknopf will lead youth participants in using mixed media
  and journaling techniques to create their own art journals (aka sketchboo
 ks) as a means for managing stress and anxiety. Participants will use wate
 rcolor\, collage\, and a variety of mixed media resources to fill their jo
 urnals and creatively set up pages and spreads that reflect their emotions
 \, thoughts\, and ideas. Through repeated sessions\, attendees will find c
 omfort in establishing a consistent time to create and relax through art j
 ournaling. While all materials are provided\, participants are also welcom
 e to bring their own photographs\, recycled greeting cards\, and wrapping 
 paper they might wish to include.&nbsp\; This series of classes is intende
 d for kids 10-15 years of age.</p>\n<p>This program is funded through the
