  development and gardening techniques &ndash\; these practices are address
 ed and connections are made as to how our actions can harm the &ldquo\;fac
 es of nature.&rdquo\; In addition\, ideas are discussed outlining changes

 287" alt="" /></p>\n<p>Judy Semroc\, Field Biologist &amp\; Naturalist\, i
 s the founder of&nbsp\;Chrysalis in Time&sbquo\; the first Ohio chapter of
  the North American Butterfly Association (NABA). Judy also serves on the 
 board of the Ohio Bluebird Society and the Ohio Ornithological Society (Co
 nservation Committee).</p>\n<p>She has co-authored two natural history gui
 des\, "Dragonflies &amp\; Damselflies of Northeast Ohio&rdquo\; in 2008\, 
 and "Goldenrods of Northeast Ohio: A Field Guide to Identification &amp\; 
 Natural History" in 2017.</p>\n<p>As a former petroleum geologist and scie
 nce teacher\, Judy loves to learn about and share her passion for the natu
 ral world through hikes\, interpretive programs\, and photography.</p>\n<p
