 will also answer questions you may have on archaic legal terms you have di

 </p>\n<p>David Singleton is an associate attorney in Fort Wayne\, Indiana 
 with Blackburn &amp\; Green. He graduated with highest honors from Indiana
  University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. David has been recognized as
  a Rising Star by Super Lawyers&reg\;\, a division of Thomson Reuters&reg\
 ;\, and has been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 civil plaintiff attorney
 s by the National Trial Lawyers organization. David conducts motion and ap
 pellate practice for Blackburn &amp\; Green&rsquo\;s Fort Wayne and South 
 Bend offices and also handles case files in litigation. He has successfull
 y argued on behalf of Blackburn &amp\; Green&rsquo\;s clients before numer
 ous Indiana trial courts and the Indiana Court of Appeals. David is admitt
 ed to practice law before all Indiana state courts\, the United States Dis
 trict Courts for Indiana&rsquo\;s Northern and Southern Districts\, and th
