  Lauderdale.</p>\n<p>Love will be in the crisp night air as&nbsp\;"Moonlig
 ht Tales: Love Your Library" celebrates National Library Lover's Month wit
 h free live performances honoring libraries\, librarians and book lovers.&
 nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This signature\, outdoor Main Library event takes place on 
 the grounds of the adjacent Fort Lauderdale Women's Club\, with the Strana
 han Park gazebo as center stage.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Moonlight Tales is hosted 
 by emcee <strong>Misty Eyez</strong>\, a leading LGBTQ rights activist and
  entertainer\, and features adult storytelling performances by Dr. Joel Yi
 ng and Chetter Galloway. Guests will also enjoy live music from virtuoso j
 azz guitarist <strong>Martin Hand</strong>\, leader of the Gold Coast Jazz
  Society Band\, along with his fellow Gold Coast Jazz Society musicians\, 
 will perform love songs of the jazz world.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Physician-educat
 or-storyteller <strong>Dr. Joel Ying</strong> enchants audiences with an e
 clectic collection of world folk tales and touching personal stories. Ying
  has performed at the Florida Storytelling Festival\, Stone Soup Festival\
 , Timpanogos and to just about about anyone who will listen. He teaches "S
 torytelling as Healing" at Florida Gulf Coast University and online worksh
 ops.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Virginia native <strong>Chetter Galloway</strong> grew
  up hearing his father tell stories on Sunday road trips. Galloway is a gr
 aduate of East Tennessee State University with a Master of Arts degree in 
 Storytelling. He has performed at venues such as the National Association 
 of Black Storytellers Festival and the Smithsonian. He serves on the Board
  of Directors for Kuumba Storytellers of Georgia.</p>\n<p>...</p>\n<p>Moon
 light Tales\, presented and sponsored by the&nbsp\;Friends of Fort Lauderd
 ale Libraries&nbsp\;and Broward County Library\, is a free\, rain-or-shine
  event with&nbsp\;registration&nbsp\;required.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parking is a
 vailable in the City of Fort Lauderdale garage across the street or on the
