 althy living. It is not necessary to attend previous classes to benefit fr
 om a Tai Chi for Beginner session. This will be a perfect opportunity to g
 et to experience authentic Tai Chi training which is also referred to as '
 Meditation in Motion.'</p>\n<p>Registration is required. A link to the Zoo
 m meeting will be sent to you on the Thursday before class.&nbsp\;If you d
 o not receive the emails\, please call the library no later than 4 PM the 
 day of this program\, as the library is closed when the program takes plac
