 f the most significant and far-reaching challenges facing the world. Each 
 session participants will view a 20-minute video lecture on a topic\, foll
 owed by a discussion facilitated by a local subject matter expert. Created
  by the Foreign Policy Association\, Great Decisions is a discussion progr
 am designed to prepare communities for an increasingly interconnected worl
 d.&nbsp\;Reading the <a href="https://www.fpa.org/great_decisions/?act=gd_
 materials">Great Decisions Briefing Book</a> is optional.</p>\n<p>Registra
 tion is required for this event\, and must be completed two hours prior to
  the start time. A library card and PIN is required for registration. If y
