 tor:</strong></p>\n<p>Sierra Polk\, principal founder of Blackground\, is 
 a graduate of the HBCU of Maryland Eastern Shore<br />with a degree in acc
 ounting and decade in business\, financial and organizational strategy.<br
  />Sierra&rsquo\;s talents were brought to NWA by way of her work with Wal
 mart&rsquo\;s corporate<br />headquarters\, managing and supporting variou
 s business areas across the retailer&rsquo\;s accounting\,<br />finance an
 d human resource departments. Sierra has also previously worked with the G
 reater<br />Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce as their director of tale
 nt and innovative inclusion<br />initiatives. Her responsibilities were to
  initiate programming focused on diversity engagement\,<br />equity and in
 clusive workforce development through Leadership Benton County\, the Young
