e chocolate-covered caramel candies from scratch. As part of the process\,
you will be practicing the skills of tempering chocolate and using silico
ne molds to shape and prepare chocolates. Making chocolates at home may se
em daunting\, but we'll go through all the details like timing and tempera
ture to help you produce delicious treats for friends and family. \;\n
