 roup is to engage with a deep and diverse pool of film history&mdash\;we w
 ill examine films both classic and contemporary\, from a variety of artist
 ic movements and regions.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>On&nbsp\;<strong>February&
 nbsp\;24th</strong>\, we will be discussing two films from&nbsp\;the highl
 y influential New Taiwanese Cinema movement: Edward Yang&rsquo\;s&nbsp\;<e
 m>Terrorizers</em>&nbsp\;and Tsai&nbsp\;Ming-liang's&nbsp\;<em>Rebels of t
 he Neon God</em>. Both films explore urban anomie in the city of Taipei&nb
 sp\;and&nbsp\;remain as vividly contemporary as they were on their first r
 elease.&nbsp\;<em>Terrorizers</em>&nbsp\;is a complex\, puzzle-like narrat
 ive exploring the intersection of various people who are isolated by their
  urban environment and internal discord.&nbsp\;<em>Rebels of the Neon God<
 /em>&nbsp\;is Tsai Ming-liang's confident feature film debut\, the startin
 g point for his increasingly minimalistic style and committed collaboratio
 n with actor Lee Kang-sheng.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Films can be accessed t
