 &mdash\;just one of many milestones in Rockville&rsquo\;s 250-year history
 . Author and historian Ralph Buglass\, drawing on vintage photos\, will hi
 ghlight Rockville's historic highs (and some lows) in a richly illustrated
  presentation sponsored by the Friends of the Library\, Rockville Memorial
  chapter.</p>\n<p>Ralph Buglass is a frequent speaker for Peerless Rockvil
 le\, the city's historic preservation organization\, and Montgomery Histor
 y. In 2020\, he co-authored&nbsp\;Images of America: Rockville&nbsp\;with 
 Peerless Rockville\, The talk features photos from the book\, which&nbsp\;
