  tools for effective communication.</p>\n<p>Topics discussed include ident
 ifying your Myers Briggs Personality Type\, culture\, gender\, active list
 ening\, paraphrasing statements\, nonverbal messages\, handling conflict\,
  being assertive without being aggressive\, communication preferences\, an
