\nThe Fall book selection for 2022 is L eaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't \; by Simon Sinek. Readers and participants are encouraged to identify and ex plore the qualities of an effective team and the strategies that can be us ed to foster a cooperative work environment.

\nThe community ev ent will include an engaging book discussion centered on the selected book and is open to the public. \; Participants will register in advance t o reserve a free book and participate in a virtual discussion via Zoom. Th e book discussion conversation will be led by Mayor Stephanie Orman. \ ;
\nAll books are sponsored by the Bentonville Library Foundation\, available at the Bentonville Library for pickup and free to keep. \; B ooks are available on a first-come\, first-serve basis while supplies last . \; Participants are encouraged to attend the discussion group\, even if they have not read the book.
