 .C.\, FGSI\,&nbsp\;is&nbsp\;President of the Genealogical Society of Irela
 nd and Administrator of the Irish Jewish Genealogical Society\, a division
  of the Irish Jewish Museum Dublin. In&nbsp\;the words of Michael Merrigan
 \, the general secretary of the Genealogical Society of Ireland\, Stuart i
 s &ldquo\;the nation&rsquo\;s foremost authority on the archival&nbsp\;his
 tory of the Irish-Jewish community.&rdquo\; Through is collection and care
 ful research\,&nbsp\;Stuart has mapped the entire national Jewish Irish co
 mmunity and developed&nbsp\;a national record of the Jewish community in t
 he 32 counties of Ireland which covers all aspects of Jewish life going ba
 ck over 300 years.&nbsp\;Stuart's years of dedicated research&nbsp\;culmin
 ated&nbsp\;in 22 bound volumes chronicling Ireland&rsquo\;s Jewish communi
 ty. His database for the Irish Jewish community&nbsp\;has accumulated just
  over 68\,500 (2021)&nbsp\;entries.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>He was made a Fe
 llow of the society&rsquo\;s College &ldquo\;in recognition of the extraor
 dinary contribution to the study of Irish Jewish Genealogy and the Jewish 
 Community and for the indefatigable work on behalf of the community in rec
 ording the history of the Jewish people of Ireland over the past few centu
 ries. A community that\, despite its small numbers\, contributed immeasura
