In this class taught by Beth Lawrence\, yo u will practice a set of poses\, both seated and standing using a chair as a prop\, that will promote strength\, flexibility\, and balance physicall y while encouraging relaxation and meditation mentally.
\nBeth has b een practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching in the DC area for 15. Her c lasses draw from traditional yoga practices\, primarily Sivananda Yoga and Integral Yoga. She has earned her 500 RYT certification from the Yoga All iance and has recently completed a program in Yoga Therapy.
