  feline behaviorist with the Animal Care Centers of New York City\, a not-
 for-profit shelter contracted by the City of New York to provide animal re
 lated services to the residents of New York City. Prior to working for ACC
  he worked for many years with the ASPCA in New York both in behavior and 
 adoptions and around the country on disaster and cruelty cases. Stephen is
  also in private practice as a feline behaviorist who specializes in a com
 passionate\, educational and affordable approach to cat behavior.&nbsp\;</
