  Main Library's Auditorium. All Cosplay Contest entries will get their pic
 tures taken from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.</p>\n<p>After 1 p.m.\, YOU GET TO CHOOS
 E WHO WINS! All pictures will be posted on CMPL's Facebook page\, and the 
 picture with the most likes WINS. You can like and share your own picture\
 , and encourage all your Facebook friends to help you win!</p>\n<p>There w
 ill be three winners\; one Adult\, one Teen\, and one Child. Voting ends a
 t 9 a.m. on Mon.\, Aug. 15. Each winner will receive a prize the week afte

 </p>\n<p>1. All who enter must sign the photo release form.<br />2. All wh
 o enter will get their picture taken by CMPL.<br />3. All photo Cosplay Co
 ntest entries will have their picture posted on CMPL&rsquo\;s Facebook pag
 e by CMPL.<br />4. There will be three photo Cosplay Contest winners\; one
  Adult\, one Teen\, and one Child.<br />5. Cosplay Contest winners will be
  chosen based on whoever receives the most likes on the original picture p
 osted by CMPL on CMPL&rsquo\;s Facebook page.<br />6. No groups are allowe
 d to enter: each Cosplay Contest entry will contain one person only.<br />
 7. All costumes must be appropriate for all ages.<br />8. All costumes sho
 uld provide enough coverage to be worn in public and should be in good tas
 te and appropriate for a family-friendly show. CMPL reserves the right to 
 cancel/pull any contestants it finds inappropriate\, etc.<br />9. Anyone w
 ho follows the rules may enter\; residents and non-residents (staff member
