 steps to encourage ownership\, longevity\, and community engagement. The g

 \;s talents were brought to NWA by way of her work with Walmart&rsquo\;s c
 orporate<br />headquarters\, managing and supporting various business area
 s across the retailer&rsquo\;s accounting\,<br />finance and human resourc
 e departments. Sierra has also previously worked with the Greater<br />Ben
 tonville Area Chamber of Commerce as their director of talent and innovati
 ve inclusion<br />initiatives. Her responsibilities were to initiate progr
 amming focused on diversity engagement\,<br />equity and inclusive workfor
 ce development through Leadership Benton County\, the Young<br />Entrepren
