  Trash Division&rsquo\;s 16-foot food waste and compost education trailer 
 will also be on display for all to see.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Ta
 ylor Gladwin</strong> is an Environmental Educator for the City of Fayette
 ville in the Recycling and Trash Division. She focuses on educating busine
 sses\, schools\, community groups\, and residents of all ages about waste 
 reduction\, food waste\, composting\, and recycling. She has been instrume
 ntal in building Fayetteville&rsquo\;s residential food waste drop-off pro
 gram. Taylor is also earning her Master&rsquo\;s in Sustainable Developmen
