 >Wonton Soup</p>\n<p><br />All-purpose flour: 300g<br />approximate 3/4 cu
 p water<br />Pinch of salt<br />250g ground pork<br />Chopped vegetables i
 n season<br />(e.g\, bok choy\, cabbage\, etc)\,<br />fine chopped ginger\
 , green onion\,<br />Salt\,<br />soy sauce\,<br />Sesame oil\,<br />White 
 pepper\,<br />Shaoxin wine (optional)<br />Chicken stock\,<br />Dry soup s
 eaweed</p>\n<p><br />â— Dough: Mix the flour\, slowly add water to ma
 ke the<br />dough. Re-knead after 20 minutes</p>\n<p><br />â— Filling
 : marinate the pork for half an hour with salt\,<br />soy sauce\, green on
 ion\, ginger\, sesame oil\, white<br />pepper\, shaoxin wine (optional)</p
 >\n<p><br />Mix pork with chopped vegetables thoroughly\, until<br />stick
