Ageless Grace is a fun\, creative and play ful chair exercise program for seniors that works out your brain as well a s your body. The exercises are focused on natural\, everyday movements and are designed for all ages and abilities.
\nBased on the science of neuroplasticity\, the ability of the brain and central nervous system to c hange its form and function specifically when stimulated with physical mov ement. Participants get their bodies moving while creating new patterns fo r the brain. \; This helps stave off mental decline and helps mature a dults live longer\, healthier\, happier lives.
