\nThe Community Care Connection is our mobile health vehicle that travels throughout Lake County\, offering resid ents a variety of \;free health screenings\, includin g blood pressure\, blood sugar\, cholesterol\, body mass index (BMI)\, ost eoporosis screenings and foot exams. Screenings are offered free of charge to adults aged 18 and older\, and appointments are not necessary. ZCenter seeks to be an active presence in the community\, to speak up in support of\, and in partnership with\, all survivors of sexual violence. \;At the Back to School even we will have information about our services\, sexual and dating violence\, and in formation about options and the healing process if you or a loved one has been sexually assaulted. \;
