  you like to be able to write your own personal journal? Here&rsquo\;s you
 r opportunity! The inexperienced\, slightly-experienced\, and experienced 
 are welcome! We will explore journaling through assigned journal prompts\,
  the written word\, and reflection. It will be a safe atmosphere and shari
 ng is optional.</p>\n<p>We will have occasional guest speakers&nbsp\;to di
 scuss the&nbsp\;benefits and techniques&nbsp\;of&nbsp\;journaling. This mo
 nth the featured topic will be health and wellness journaling. The focus w
 ill be on manual writing methods and materials used:&nbsp\;paper\, pencils
 \, pens\,&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;drawing tools.&nbsp\;You must register to partic
 ipate in this program\, as space is limited. This program will meet monthl
