  suggestions about what you can do to keep yourself safe from fires and im
 prove your safety at home. Learn about what services Montgomery County pro
 vides to help&nbsp\;older residents ensure their homes are safe and up to 
 code&mdash\;including&nbsp\;free\, home safety evaluations and instruction
  on escape and evacuation techniques. Mr. Resnick&rsquo\;s presentation wi
 ll include&nbsp\;an interactive walk around his house to look at common sa
 fety features\, and a question-and-answer period at the end.&nbsp\;</p>\n<
 p>Mr. Resnick is the&nbsp\;Manager of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescu
 e Service Senior Outreach Program.&nbsp\;Before taking on his current&nbsp
 \;position\, Mr. Resnick&nbsp\;served Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Se
 rvice for over 45 years\, retiring in 2014&nbsp\;as the Operations Battali
 on Chief for&nbsp\;Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services.</p>\n<p>Thi
 s program is free and open to all and is presented by Little Falls Village
  in partnership with the Little Falls Library of Montgomery County Public 
 Libraries.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Registration is required at least a day prior to
