 S Naturalization Exam\, offered by the Adult Learning Department of the DC
  Public Library. Class is taught in English for those with <strong>interme
 diate English language proficiency</strong>.</p>\n<p>This <strong>FREE CLA
 SS</strong> is open to the public. Classwork requires writing\, listening 
 and speaking in English\, plus the 100 USCIS (civic/history) questions as
