This series will teach mindfulness through meditation to help you get in touch with your body and what is going on i n the present moment.

\n\nChairs and mats will be available. Participants are invited to bring their own mat and/or a meditation cushion if desired.&nbs p\;

\nNic Bellegarde \;teaches and facilitates mindfulness meditation classes and groups. He is originall y from the Dallas Meditation Center\, which practices mindfulness in the o rder of Thich Nhat Hanh\, a world-renowned Vietnamese teacher. Nic is a me mber of the Order of Interbeing\, a community of monks and laypersons who practice sitting and walking meditation\, cultivating a community of harmo ny and present-moment awareness\, and practice deep listening and loving s peech. \;
